In this series of wall mounted assemblages images, objects and texts are juxtaposed in new relationships, which are surprising and revitalising. They encourage recognition of the destructive forces that threaten the present, while nostalgia is displayed as double-edged: a haven from harsh modernity, or a misrepresentation of historical realities
